Conditions of Registration:
Registration fee for the 49th Conference on Modern Rolling Stock from April 13th to 15th 2025 in Graz is € 750,-- per person. Applications will be accepted until 28th February 2025 and will be considered according to date of receipt. Cancellations must be made in writing and are free of charge until 28th February 2025. After that date it is no longer possible to cancel and the participation fee must be paid in full. It is, however, possible to nominate a substitute participant.

That photos and film material, which could be made at the above-mentioned event, can be published in media used by Graz University of Technology. Such a publication presents a positive external reflection of the event. Also, that the participation data can be published in the conference documents.
